Delivery

Packages are shipped within 24/48 hours upon receipt of order (or payment when opening an account). The standard shipping method is by DPD transports or La Poste for non European countries. 

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. 

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected. 

If upon receipt of your package, you notice an anomaly, file a reservation with the delivery person. Otherwise, we will not be able to make a complaint.
